The Basics
- Returns: Within 30 days of delivery
- Exchanges: Within 45 days of delivery
- Condition: Unworn, unaltered, and returned with original packaging and certificates (where applicable)
How to Start a Return
Just email us at info@dylemma.store with your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps—no back-and-forth, no fine print games.
What to Know (The Honest Part)
- Items must be in original condition. Worn or damaged pieces can’t be accepted.
- Custom, engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces aren’t eligible for standard returns.
- Missing certificates (where applicable) may incur a replacement fee.
- Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Made-to-Order & Cancellations
We start crafting made-to-order pieces shortly after purchase.
- Cancellations after production begins may include a processing fee.
- Engraved or custom-sized pieces can’t be canceled once production starts.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, our team inspects it within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
